Scott was most recently an Executive Vice President and Regional Managing Director with PNC Wealth Management in Pittsburgh. With over eleven years in that role, and a total of 24 years with PNC, Scott’s professional experience includes trust & estate administration, investment management, and oversight of the wealth planning and private banking functions. His client service responsibilities included working with high net-worth families and individuals in the growth and maintenance of their wealth, and in developing and implementing wealth preservation and transfer strategies. He was responsible for business development activities as well as overseeing policy, audits and regulatory relations with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
His other professional experience includes work as a tax consultant with Price Waterhouse and as an attorney with the Pittsburgh based law firm of Thomson Rhodes & Cowie PC. Scott completed four years of active duty with the U.S. Air Force and retired with the rank of Colonel from U.S. Air Force Reserve after a combined total of 23 years of service.
His academic education includes a BS in Economics from Penn State University, a MS in Public Management & Policy from Carnegie Mellon University, and a Juris Doctorate (JD) from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
Scott and his wife, Sally (a lawyer specializing in government contracts and commercial transactions) reside in Wheeling. They are the parents of two adult children.

Michael J. Coombe, CTFA, is President of Security National Trust Company. Mike has over 25 years of wealth management/financial services experience. Prior to joining Security National Trust in 2012, Mike worked for 19 years at Wells Fargo Bank most recently as the Trust Team Manager at the Investment & Fiduciary Services Center in Lancaster, PA. He is a graduate of the Cannon Financial Institute Trust School and is a Certified Trust & Financial Advisor. Mike graduated Summa Cum Laude from Shippensburg University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration majoring in finance. Mike is a member of the Lancaster County Estate Planning Council and Lancaster Chamber of Commerce. He is a 20+ year committee chair of the Central Berks American Cancer Society and serves on the grant review committee for the Lancaster Community Foundation.

William L. Paras is Executive VP/CIO/Wheeling Market Leader of Security National Trust Company. Mr. Paras has more than 20 years of investment management experience in developing and communicating tailored investment strategies for clients. Prior to joining Security National Trust in 2004, Mr. Paras served as Vice President and Trust Investment Officer at United Bank in Wheeling, WV. Bill also held investment positions at Rockland Trust Company in Rockland, Massachusetts and at Wesbanco Bank in Wheeling. A graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University, Bill also holds an MBA from Boston University.

Thomas A. Ruehling is Senior Vice President – Retirement Services for Security National Trust Company. Prior to joining Security in 2013, Tom served in various retirement services capacities with Branch Banking and Trust Company in Winston Salem, North Carolina, most recently serving as Vice President/State Trust Department Manager. Mr. Ruehling is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and has over 30 years of experience in the retirement services area. He is a Certified Retirement Services Professional (CRSP) and a Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor (CMFC) and is on the Estate Planning Council of the Upper Ohio Valley.

Melony S. Fitzwater serves as the Wealth Management Director, Executive Vice President & Huntington Market Leader.
Melony has more than 34 years of experience in trust, investments and estate planning having previously served as a Vice President & Trust officer for JPMorgan. She began her career in 1992, with The First Huntington National Bank, a predecessor to JP Morgan. Melony attended Marshall University and trust schools at Cannon Financial Institute and Midwest Trust School. She is a past President and current Member of the Greater Huntington Estate Planning Council, former Treasurer of the Board of Dress for Success of the River Cities and former Vice President and former Treasurer of the Board of Faith in Action of the River Cities, and a Member of the Finance Team at Fellowship Baptist Church.
Melony provides leadership across the organization as well as in the local delivery of wealth management, investment, trust, and estate administration services. As a member of the trust bank’s trust administration committee, and special assets committee, she is tasked with leading her team in providing personalized and responsive service while also complying with the safeguards required of federally chartered trust banks.
Melony and her husband, local banker, Jim Fitzwater reside in Culloden, WV.
